摘　　要：上海医药临床研究中心创立多学科科研门诊两年来,为全国20余家三级医院及科研院所的临床研究人员提供了科研咨询和指导服务35次,取得了一定成果,但在运行中存在整体运行效率不高、问诊流程复杂、信息化水平滞后、运行规模及影响力不强等问题。通过对科研门诊的实际运行情况进行分析,发掘数字化需求。基于其本身的平台运行优势和学科特点,依托相应的数字化手段,建立科研门诊的数字化平台管理模式,并对科研门诊部分学科进行数字化赋能,进一步提高科研门诊专业指导水平和工作效率,从而为广大医务人员提供更加优质、快捷的咨询与指导。In the two years since the establishment of the multidisciplinary research clinic in Shanghai Pharmaceutical Clinical Research Center,it has provided research consulting and guidance services for clinical researchers in more than 20 tertiary hospitals and research institutes across China for 35 times,and made some achievements.However,there are problems in the operation,such as low overall operational efficiency,complex consultation process,lagging IT application level,weak operation scale and influence.By analyzing the actual operation of the research clinic,the digitalization demand is explored.Based on its own platform operation advantages and discipline-specific features,leveraging corresponding digital means,a digital platform management model for research clinic is established,and some disciplines within the research clinic are digitally empowered,further enhancing the professional guidance level and work efficiency of the research clinic,so as toprovide more high-quality and fastconsultation and guidance for medical staff.
