摘　　要：目的:改善医院信息系统运维现状,确保信息系统安全、稳定运行。方法:根据信息技术基础构架库(ITIL4)四维模型,从组织与人员、信息与技术、流程与价值流、客户与供应商4个方面对医院IT系统运维现状进行分析。根据调研结果,参照ITIL4的服务管理标准和规范,优化组织和人员管理,构建IT运维项目管理体系。结果:实施基于ITIL4的运维管理框架14个月以来,积累了2 200多条日常运维记录,执行了243次系统升级。完善了医院资产与配置管理、知识管理及备件管理,优化了信息系统运维服务流程。结论:基于ITIL4的医院信息系统可以有效提高运维工作效率,保障医疗工作有序进行。Objective To ensure the secure and stable operation of the information system by improving the current O&M(operation and maintenance)status of the hospital information system.Methods Built on the four-dimensional model of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL4),the current O&M status of hospital IT system was analyzed from four aspects:organization and personnel,information and technology,process and value stream,customers and suppliers.Based on the survey results,and according to the service management standards and specifications of ITIL4,the organization and personnel management were optimized,and an IT operation and maintenance project management system was established.Results In the 14 months since the implementation of the ITIL4-based O&M management framework,more than 2,200 daily O&M records were accumulated and 243 system upgrades were performed,which has improved the management of hospital assets allocation,knowledge management and spare parts management,optimized the O&M service process of information system.Conclusion The hospital information system based on ITIL4 can effectively enhance O&M efficiency and ensure the orderly conduct of medical services.
