摘  要:随着数字阅读的兴起,向读者提供优质的数字阅读服务成为地方本科高校图书馆重要的工作内容。基于SWOT视角,对广西三所不同办学层次的地方本科高校的教师、学生和图书馆工作人员进行随机抽样访谈,发现地方本科高校图书馆数字阅读推广服务的内部优势是馆藏数字资源丰富、用户规模庞大、学校领导重视,内部劣势是推广形式单一、专业人才短缺、反馈机制缺失,外部机遇是阅读政策支持、阅读需求高涨、技术广泛应用,外部威胁是优质数字资源收费较高、知识产权意识薄弱、内外深度合作机制匮乏。各高校可以根据所在图书馆数字阅读推广实际,灵活采用增长型策略、扭转型策略、多元化策略和防御型策略,也可根据实际进行多策略的综合应用。It is an inevitable trend for university libraries to provide high-quality digital reading services for readers with the rising demand of digital reading.This paper used the random sampling to interview teachers,students and library staff members from three different types of local universities in Guangxi by SWOT analysis.According to the survey,the internal advantages of digital reading promotion services include rich library digital resources,large user scale and the support of school leaders.The internal disadvantages include single promotion forms,shortage of professional talents and lack of feedback mechanism.The external opportunities include reading policy support,soaring reading demand and widespread application of technology.The external threats include high charges for quality digital resources,weak intellectual property awareness and lack of in-depth cooperation mechanisms between inside and outside.Universities can take growth-type strategy,turnaround strategy,diversification strategy and defensive strategy flexibly and appropriately according to the actual situation of library digital reading promotion.It also can take multiple strategies for comprehensive application according to the actual situation.
