摘　　要：风格是高校学报生命力的载体,而编辑的主体性是高校学报风格形成的关键性因素。基于编辑主体性理论,从学报编辑的编辑行为视角出发,系统审视编辑主体性与高校学报风格形成的逻辑互动,把握其活动规律与本质,有助于推动对编辑主体性的认识,对塑造学报风格具有借鉴意义。新时代语境下,编辑主体应从注重整体策划、科学设置选题,规范编辑流程、提升内容质量,合理设置栏目、实现特色发展,推动数字出版、实现融合发展,提升编辑素养、培养复合型编辑等五个方面发力,充分发挥主体性,推动学报风格的形成。Style is the carrier of vitality of university journals.Editorial subjectivity is a key factor in the formation of journal style.Based on the theory of editorial subjectivity,this paper systematically examines the logical interaction between editorial subjectivity and the formation of journal style from the perspective of editorial behavior,and seeks to grasp the activity laws and essence,which is helpful to promote the understanding of editorial subjectivity and provide reference for shaping journal style.In the context of the new era,editors should pay attention to the overall planning,scientifically set topics,standardize the editing process to improve the content quality,rationally set columns to achieve characteristic development,promote digital publishing to achieve integrated development,and improve editorial literacy to cultivate composite editors,so as to give full play to their subjectivity and promote the formation of journal style.
