摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、实地调研、数理统计与分析等方法,对山东省中老年人健康服务现状进行调查和分析,发现山东省在中老年人健康服务方面存在健身场地与设施不足、专业服务人员欠缺、健康知识普及不到位、智能化和便捷性健康服务水平有待提高以及老龄事业发展不平衡、不充分等问题。针对以上问题,提出建立和完善“体育+”融合发展机制,开展多元参与的融合发展模式,构建融合发展共同体,开展科学健身康养知识宣传和构建中老年人健康智能综合服务体系等优化路径。A systematic investigation and analysis of the current situations of health services for middle aged and elderly in Shandong Province was conducted using research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,field research,mathematical statistics and analysis.The problems of health service for middle aged and elderly in Shandong Province are the insufficient fitness venues and facilities,the lack of professional service personnel,the inadequate popularization of health knowledge,the need to improve the level of intelligent and convenient health services,and the uneven and insufficient development of the aging industry.In response to the above issues,this study proposes optimization paths such as establishing and improving the“sports+”integrated development mechanism,carrying out a diversified participation integrated development model and building an integrated development community,carrying out the promotion of scientific fitness and health knowledge,and optimizing the construction of an health intelligent comprehensive service system for the middle-aged and the elderly.
