新农科背景下园林树木栽培与养护课程改革探索

摘　　要：随着我国园林产业不断发展与变化,行业日趋规范化,园林工程经济紧缩严重。我国的园林绿化行业已进入到转型期,生态、文旅、养护将成为园林行业的热点。由此,企业对园林专业的人才需求也发生重大变革。该文通过对园林行业情况、政策分析,梳理企业对园林绿化养护应用型人才的需求,对比分析地方高校园林树木栽培与养护课程教学现状,探讨基于行业应用型人才需求的教学优化。探讨教学内容整合、教学方式的改进措施与学生成绩考核评定的新方法,为培养能够适应行业新转型的应用型人才提供依据。With the continuous development and changes of China's landscaping industry,the industry has become increasingly standardized,and the economy of landscape engineering has been severely contracted.China's landscaping industry has entered a transition period,and ecology,cultural tourism,and maintenance will become hot spots in the landscape industry.As a result,the company's demand for talents in the landscape profession has also undergone major changes.This paper analyzes the situation and policies of the landscaping industry,elaborates the needs of enterprises for applied talents in landscape greening maintenance,compares and analyzes the teaching status of Cultivation and Maintenance of Landscape Tree courses in local universities,and discusses the optimization of teaching based on the needs of applied talents in the industry.This paper explores the integration of teaching content,improvement measures of teaching methods,and new methods of student performance assessment,so as to provide a basis for training applied talents who can adapt to the new transformation of the industry.
