柚皮苷对老龄广西麻鸡种公鸡繁殖性能的影响

摘  要:试验旨在探究基础日粮中添加不同浓度的柚皮苷对老龄广西麻鸡种公鸡繁殖性能的影响。随机选取60只健康、体况相近的70周龄广西麻鸡种公鸡,随机分为4组,每组15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,对照组、N1组、N2组、N4组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%、0.4%柚皮苷。正式试验期60d。结果显示:试验第30d后,各试验组种公鸡精液量、精子密度、精子直线运动率及精子活率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验第60d,N2、N4组种公鸡精子的曲线运动速率(VCL)、平均运动速率(VAP)、直线运动速率(VSL)、头部摆动振幅(ALH)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。N2组的受精率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组的健雏率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验第30d时,3个试验组种公鸡血清促黄体素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平均显著提高(P<0.05),N2组促卵泡激素(FSH)水平显著提高(P<0.05);试验第60d时,N2组种公鸡血清FSH、LH水平显著提高(P<0.05),3个试验组种公鸡血清T水平均显著增加(P<0.05)。研究表明,柚皮苷可通过提高老龄广西麻鸡种公鸡的生殖激素水平,改善精液品质及精子运动性能,从而改善其繁殖性能,其中柚皮苷添加量为0.2%时对老龄广西麻鸡种公鸡繁殖性能改善的效果相对更好。The experiment aimed to investigate the impact of different concentrations of naringin added to the basic diet on the reproductive performance of old Guangxi Ma roosters.Sixty healthy and similarly sized 70-week-old Guangxi Ma chicken breeders were randomly selected and divided into four groups,with 15 chickens per group.The control group was fed a basic diet,while the control group,Nl group,N2 group,and N4 group were supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,and 0.4%naringin in the basic diet,respectively.The formal experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed that after 30 days of the experiment,the semen volume,sperm density,straight-line motility rate,and sperm viability of the breeders in all experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 60 days,the N2 and N4 groups of breeders showed significantly higher values in sperm curvilinear velocity(VCL),average path velocity(VAP),straight-line velocity(VSL),and amplitude of lateral head movement(ALH)compared to the control group(P<0.05).The fertilization rate of the N2 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the chick health rate of all experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)in the serum of the breeders in the three experimental groups were significantly increased after 30 days of the experiment(P<0.05),and the level of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the N2 group was significantly increased(P<0.05);afer 60 days of the experiment,the levels of FSH and LH in the serum of the N2 group breeders were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the levels of T in the serum of the breeders in the three experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that naringin can improve the reproductive performance of old Guangxi Ma roosters by increasing the levels of reproductive hormones,improving semen quality,and sperm motility performance,with th
