摘 要:试验旨在探究适宜天津地区的红螯螯虾人工繁育技术。2021年10月从江苏引进红螯螯虾成虾,于工厂化车间培育,5个月后亲虾陆续性成熟。次年2月底开始选择性成熟的亲虾配对放于孵化池中,先后交配抱卵。4月中旬达到抱卵高峰期,抱卵率为45.65%,平均怀卵量为805粒/尾。受精卵在水温26~28℃、溶解氧5mg/L以上、日光照14h以上的条件下,历经40~45d破膜,孵化率为88.7%,共生产幼虾167155尾,平均存活率为68.1%,且存活率呈随月份增加而逐渐升高的趋势。研究表明,工厂化养殖红螯螯虾具有抱卵比率高和怀卵量高的特点,今后可在运输及幼虾培育设施方面进一步优化,提高天津地区红螯螯虾工厂化繁育水平。The aim of this experiment is to explore the artificial breeding technology of Cherax quadricarinatus suitable for Tianjin area.In October 2021,Cherax quadricarinatus were introduced from Jiangsu to be cultured in a factory workshop,and the parent lobsters were sexually mature in succession after five months.At the end of February of the following year,sexually mature lobster pairs were selected and placed in the hatching tank,and then mated and laid eggs successively.The egg carrying peak was reached in mid-April,the egg carrying rate was 45.65%,and the average egg carrying capacity was 805 eggs/tail.Under the conditions of water temperature 26~28 C,dissolved oxygen above 5 mg/L and daily light for more than 14 h,the fertilized eggs broke membrane after 40 to 45 days.The hatching rate was 88.7%,and a total of 167155 larvae were produced.The average survival rate was 68.1%,and the survival rate gradually increased with the increase of month.The results show that factory breeding of Cherax quadricarinatus has the characteristics of high egg carrying rate and high egg carrying capacity.In the future,the transport and breeding facilities of juvenile lobster can be further optimized to improve the level of factory breeding of Cherax quadricarinatus in Tianjin area.
