摘　　要：随着外科手术在宠物疾病临床诊疗中所占比例不断增加,宠物术后感染等问题也随之增多。术后护理直接关系到手术的成功与否。文章记录了一例犬会阴疝术后感染的诊治过程,患犬经临床检查、血常规检查、血液生化检查,确认术后伤口严重感染且伴有贫血。随后进行抗菌消炎、清创等治疗,患犬的伤口状况和精神状态均恢复良好。With the increasing proportion of surgical operations in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pet diseases,issues such as postoperative infections in pets have also increased.Postoperative care is directly related to the success of the surgery.This article records the diagnosis and treatment process of a canine perineal hernia postoperative infection case.The dog was confirmed to have a severe postoperative wound infection and anemia through clinical examination,complete blood count,and blood biochemistry examination.Subsequent treatment with antimicrobial anti-inflammatory therapy and debridement led to a good recovery of the dog's wound condition and mental state.
