宁夏部分地区哺乳期肉犊牛腹泻病原调查分析

摘　　要：试验旨在明确宁夏地区哺乳期肉犊牛腹泻病原的流行情况和分布,无菌采集92份出现明显腹泻症状的肉犊牛粪便,通过形态学和分子生物学方法进行病原学检测。结果显示,宁夏地区哺乳期肉犊牛腹泻病原中以牛轮状病毒和隐孢子虫阳性率最高,均为33.70%(31/92)、随后依次为牛冠状病毒21.74%(20/92)、蓝氏贾第虫18.48%(17/92)、大肠埃希菌K99 13.04%(12/92)、牛环曲病毒8.70%(8/92)、牛星状病毒6.52%(6/92)、牛库布病毒4.35%(4/92)、球虫1.09%(1/92)等。92份样本中,单独感染一种病原的阳性率为51.08%,二重混合感染阳性率为23.91%,三重混合感染阳性率9.79%,超过三重混合感染阳性率为4.35%。研究表明,宁夏地区哺乳期肉犊牛腹泻以单独感染为主,主要病原是牛轮状病毒、隐孢子虫、蓝氏贾第虫、大肠埃希菌K99和牛冠状病毒。The aim of this experiment was to determine the prevalence and distribution of diarrhea pathogens in lactating beef calves in Ningxia.92 faeces with obvious diarrhea symptoms were collected aseptically and tested by morphological and molecular biological methods.The results showed that the positive rates of bovine rotavirus and cryptosporidium were the highest among the diarrhea pathogens of lactating beef calves in Ningxia.They were 33.70%(31/92),followed by bovine coronavirus 21.74%(20/92),Giardia lamblia 18.48%(17/92)and Escherichia coli K9913.04%(12/92),bovine torovirus 8.70%(8/92),bovine astrovirus 6.52%(6/92),bovine kobuvirus 4.35%(4/92),coccidia 1.09%(1/92),etc.Among the 92 samples,the positive rate of single infection was 51.08%,the positive rate of double mixed infection was 23.91%,the positive rate of triple mixed infection was 9.79%,and the positive rate of more than triple mixed infection was 4.35%.The results showed that the diarrhea of lactating beef calves in Ningxia region was mainly infected by single infection,and the main pathogens were bovine rotavirus,cryptosporidium,Giardia lamblia,Escherichia coli K99 and bovine coronavirus.
