丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗胆汁淤积性肝炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸在治疗肝内胆汁淤积性肝炎时的效果。方法:选取医院收治的100例肝内胆汁淤积性肝炎患者,通过随机数表法分为对照组(50例,常规保肝治疗)和观察组(50例,常规保肝+丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合治疗),对比临床疗效和肝功能改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的TBIL、ALT、GGT三项指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸针对性治疗肝内胆汁淤积性肝炎具有更高的疗效,可以改善肝功能性,且可减少不良反应,具有安全性。Objective:To use TBIL;ALT and GGT are evaluation indicators for liver function,analyzing the efficacy of Adenosylmethionine Dinosulfonate in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestatic hepatitis and its role in improving liver function.Method:A group controlled study was conducted on 100 patients with intrahepatic cholestatic hepatitis admitted to hospital.The grouping method was random number table method,and the patients were finally divided into a control group(50 cases,conventional liver protection treatment)and an observation group(conventional liver protection+adenosine methionine succinate combined treatment).The clinical efficacy and liver function improvement were compared.Result:the three indicators of TBIL,ALT,and GGT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared to determine that the treatment effect of the observation group was better and safer(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the one month observation period of treatment,it can be truly felt from the clinical response and data results that Adenosylmethionine Succinate has targeted therapeutic value for intrahepatic cholestatic hepatitis,and patients also show higher efficacy,verifying the improvement effect and safety of this treatment regimen on liver function.
