摘　　要：目的:探讨阿利西尤单抗联合阿托伐他汀治疗对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血脂水平的影响。方法:选取医院收治的120例ACS患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例患者。对照组以阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组增加阿利西尤单抗。评估两组临床疗效、心功能指标、血脂指标、治疗安全性。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者LVEF、CO高于对照组,LVEDV、LVEDD低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血脂指标TG、TC、LDL-C低于对照组,其HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿利西尤单抗联合阿托伐他汀治疗ACS效果良好,改善心功能和血脂水平,安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the effect of combination therapy of aleximumab and atorvastatin on blood lipid levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Method:120 ACS patients admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,n=60.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,while the observation group was treated with aleximumab.Evaluate the clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators,blood lipid indicators,and treatment safety of two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<O.05).The LVEF and CO in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while LVEDV and LVEDD were lower than those in the control group(P<O.05).After treatment,the blood lipid indicators TG,TC,and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of aleximumab and atorvastatin is effective in treating ACS,improving heart function and blood lipid levels,and ensuring treatment safety and efficacy.
