摘 要:目的:探究基于微信平台的健康教育护理对支气管哮喘患者认知水平及自我管理能力的影响。方法:研究对象为医院收治的80例支气管哮喘患者,以随机数表法将80例患者分为两组,各40例患者。对照组40例患者实施常规护理。观察组40例患者实施微信平台的健康教育护理。比较两组患者认知水平、自我管理能力及生活质量评分。结果:干预3个月后,两组患者认知水平评分均提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分均提升,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的健康教育护理不仅可以提升支气管哮喘患者的认知水平,增强自我管理能力,还能够提升患者生活质量,可在临床上推广应用。Objective:To explore the effects of wechat health education and nursing on the cognitive level and self-management ability of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:The subjects were 80 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to hospital.The 80 patients were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Control group(40 cases):routine nursing.Observation group(40 cases):health education and nursing on wechat platform.Cognitive level,self-management ability and quality of life scores were compared.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the cognitive level scores of both groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The score of self-management ability and quality of life scores was improved in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education and nursing on wechat platform can improve the cognitive level,self-management ability and life quality of patients with bronchial asthma,and can be popularized and applied.
