舒适护理在急诊中毒洗胃患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在急诊中毒洗胃患者中的应用效果。方法:选取62例急诊中毒洗胃患者,随机分为实验组和参照组,各31例患者。参照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者采用舒适护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:实验组急诊中毒洗胃患者总满意率显著高于参照组,焦虑抑郁改善优于参照组,洗胃总时间、不良反应发生率显著低于参照组,舒适度评分高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在急诊中毒洗胃患者中具有良好的应用效果。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comfort nursing in emergency patients with toxic gastric lavage.Methods:62 cases of emergency toxic gastric lavage patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group,with 31 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total satisfaction rate of emergency toxic gastric lavage patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the improvement of anxiety and depression was better than that of the reference group,the total time of gastric lavage and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing has a good effect in emergency patients with toxic gastric lavage.
