摘　　要：目的:探讨妇炎消胶囊辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎(CPID)的效果及对复发率的影响。方法:根据随机数表法将医院收治的82例CPID患者分为两组,各41例患者。对照组患者给予头孢曲松钠、甲硝唑治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者给予妇炎消胶囊辅助治疗,连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、症状改善时间、不良反应及复发率。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者子宫压痛、下腹痛、白带增多评分降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患者腰骶疼痛、下腹痛、盆腔肿块、白带异常消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇炎消胶囊辅助治疗CPID效果较佳,可改善患者临床症状,促进康复进程,降低复发率,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Fuyanxiao capsules in the adjuvant treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)and its impact on the recurrence rate.Method:According to the random number table method,82 patients with CPID admitted to the hospital were divided into two groups,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cefriaxone sodium and metronidazole,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Fuyanxiao capsule as an adjuvant for 14 consecutive days.Compare the clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,symptom improvement time,adverse reactions,and recurrence rate between the two groups.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of uterine tenderness,lower abdominal pain,and increased vaginal discharge in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter disappearance time for lumbosacral pain,lower abdominal pain,pelvic mass,and abnormal vaginal discharge(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);The recurrence rate of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuyanxiao Capsule has a better therapeutic effect on CPID as an adjuvant,which can improve clinical symptoms,promote rehabilitation progress,reduce recurrence rate,and has a higher safety of adjuvant treatment.
