摘 要:目的:通过生化指标和胎儿超声检查,探讨妊娠期糖尿病对胎儿发育的影响。方法:选取43例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为妊娠糖尿病组,同时选择了同样时期的43例健康孕妇作为健康组。两组孕妇皆接受超声与生化指标检测,观察其对胎儿生长发育的影响。结果:妊娠糖尿病组孕妇的空腹血糖、1 h糖耐量试验及2 h糖耐量试验值均显著高于健康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠糖尿病组孕妇LDL-C、TG、TC值均明显高于健康组,HDL-C明显低于健康组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠糖尿病组胎儿的BPD、FL、Hc、Ac、ASTT和健康组对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),其LL明显高于对健康组(P<0.05)。结论:通过对患有妊娠糖尿病的孕妇进行超声测量和生化指标检验评估胎儿的生长发育指标,可了解胎儿肝脏大小与营养状况,能够更加准确地评估胎儿的生长发育情况。Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of gestational diabetes on fetal development through biochemical indicators and fetal ultrasound.Methods:43 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected as the gestational diabetes group,and 43 healthy pregnant women in the same period were selected as the healthy group.Both groups of pregnant women underwent ultrasound and biochemical index testing to observe their effects on fetal growth and development.Results:The fasting blood glucose,1-hour glucose tolerance test and 2-hour glucose tolerance test of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were significantly higher than those of healthy women(P<0.05);The values of LDL-C,TG and TC in pregnant women with gestational diabetes were significantly higher than those in healthy women,while HDL-C was significantly lower than those in healthy women(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in BPD,FL,Hc,Ac,ASTT between pregnant diabetes group and healthy group(P>0.05),but LL was significantly higher than that in healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fetal growth and development indicators of pregnant women with gestational diabetes can be evaluated by ultrasonic measurement and biochemical indicators test,so that the fetal liver size and nutritional status can be understood,and the fetal growth and development can be more accurately evaluated.
