摘　　要：目的:探讨全自动气囊仿生助产仪应用于初产妇中无痛分娩对患者的分娩质量及不良妊娠结局。方法:回顾性选取医院妇产科收治的80例初产妇为研究对象,采用随机数表法将产妇分为对照组和研究组,各40例,对照组给予常规助产护理辅助分娩,研究组给予KCB-Ⅱ型全自动气囊仿生助产仪辅助生产,比较两组无痛分娩质量、产程、不良妊娠结局、新生儿Apgar评分。结果:护理干预后,研究组产妇的无痛分娩质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05),其不同产程的平均用时显著短于对照组(P<0.05);不良妊娠结局发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组新生儿Apgar评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将KCB-Ⅱ型全自动气囊仿生助产仪应用于初产妇无痛分娩中具有较好的效果,可提升产妇无痛分娩的质量,减少产程时间及不良妊娠,提升新生儿分娩效果,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the application of fully automatic airbag biomimetic midwifery device in painless delivery for primiparous women and its impact on delivery quality and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Method:A retrospective study was conducted on 80 primiparous women admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of hospital.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine midwifery assistance during delivery,while the study group received KCB-I fully automatic airbag biomimetic midwifery assistance during delivery.The quality of painless delivery,delivery process,adverse pregnancy outcomes,and neonatal Apgar scores were compared between the two groups.Result:After application,the quality of painless delivery in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group;The average duration of different stages of labor was significantly shorter than that of the control group;The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was significantly lower than that of the control group;The Apgar score of newborns was significantly better than that of the control group,and the two groups were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of KCB-I fully automatic airbag biomimetic midwifery device in painless delivery for primiparous women has good effects,which can improve the quality of painless delivery for primiparous women,reduce the occurrence time and solve adverse pregnancy problems,and enhance the delivery effect of newborns.It is worthy of clinical reference and application.
