摘  要:目的:探讨ADDIE联合创伤知情护理(TIC)对青年缺血性脑卒中患者家庭照顾者心理健康素养的影响。方法:以便利抽样法选择某医院青年缺血性脑卒中患者家庭照顾者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(34例)和观察组(33例)。对照组患者按出院计划实施常规延伸护理干预,干预组患者实施ADDIE模型健康教育联合创伤知情护理。以心理困扰量表和心理健康素养量表评价。结果:干预后,干预组家庭照顾者心理困扰得分低于对照组,心理健康素养及各维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ADDIE联合TIC能降低青年缺血性脑卒中患者家庭照顾者心理困扰,提高其心理健康素养水平。Objective:To explore the impact of ADDIE combined with TIC on the mental health literacy of family caregivers of young ischemic stroke patients.Methods:convenience sampling was used to select family caregivers of young ischemic stroke patients in a certain hospital as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=34)and an observation group(n=33).The control group was implemented according to the discharge plan,while the intervention group was guided by the ADDIE model to implement trauma informed care.Evaluate using the Psychological Distress Scale and the Mental Health Literacy Scale.Results:After intervention,the psychological distress scores of family caregivers in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of mental health literacy and various dimensions were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ADDIE and TIC can reduce the psychological distress of family caregivers of young ischemic stroke patients and improve their mental health literacy level.
