摘　　要：压力无线数据记录器作为热力灭菌效果的验证设备,被广泛应用于医疗卫生、食品、药品、生物科技等领域。由于其量值准确性会直接影响灭菌有效性,而目前国内主要采用在室温条件下进行校准,与超过100℃的实际使用环境差异较大。因此,本文根据JJF 2095-2024校准规范,在常温、121℃、134℃条件下对其进行不同压力值的对比实验。结果表明:该记录器在常温下的压力值与121℃、134℃下的压力值差异巨大,即环境温度对测量结果的影响较大。Pressure wireless data recorder is widely used in medical,food,medicine,biotechnology and other fields as the verification equipment of thermal sterilization effect.Because the accuracy of its quantity value will di-rectly affect the effectiveness of sterilization,the calibration is mainly carried out at room temperature in China at present,which is quite different from the actual use environment of more than 100℃.Therefore,according to JJF 2095-2024 calibration specification,this paper conducts comparative experiments on different pressure values at normal temperature,121℃and 134℃.The results show that the pressure value of the recorder at normal tempera-ture is very different from that at 121℃and 134℃,that is,the ambient temperature has a great influence on the measurement results.
