流通时间对多流束旋翼式水表计量性能的影响

摘　　要：多流束旋翼式水表是目前应用最广泛的冷水计量器具。本文针对开关阀门时自来水的流通时间会影响其计量准确性进行研究。结果表明:流量越小、流通时间越短,多流束旋翼式水表的示值误差越偏正;在50L/h流量点、流通时间10s的条件下,3台水表的示值误差偏移值分别为+10.83%、+13.15%、+10.71%,均超过10%。Multi-beam rotor water meter is the most widely used cold water measuring instrument at present.In this paper,the influence of the flow time of tap water on and off the valve on its metering accuracy is studied.The results show that the smaller the flow rate and the shorter the flow time,the more positive the indication error of multi-beam rotor water meter is.Under the condition of 50L/h flow point and 10s flow time,the indication error offset values of the three water meters are+10.83%,+13.15%and+10.71%respectively,all exceeding 10%.
