摘　　要：工件表面形貌通常会对使用性能造成直接影响。由于目前常采用接触式测量,易受被测件材质及表面特性的影响。因此,为有效解决传统接触式测量仪面临的技术难题,本文研究了一种自由曲面三维形貌光扫描测量装置。The surface morphology of the workpiece usually has a direct effect on the performance.Because contact measurement is often used at present,it is easy to be affected by the material and surface characteristics of the measured part.Therefore,in order to effectively solve the technical problems faced by the traditional contact meas-uring instrument,a free-form surface 3D shape optical scanning measuring device is studied in this paper.
