摘　　要：以人民为中心是习近平关于文艺工作重要论述中的核心观点,也是其理论精神和内在逻辑的基石,充分体现了马克思主义的人民性。习近平关于文艺工作重要论述的人民性是建立在马克思主义文艺思想的基础上,继承了毛泽东有关文艺工作的基本观点,融合了中华优秀传统文化中的民本主义思想而形成的。这不仅推动了马克思主义文艺观的新发展,丰富了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想体系,更为新时代中国特色社会主义文艺发展指明了方向,对实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要意义。Putting the people at the center is the core viewpoint of Xi Jinping's important discourse on literary and artistic work,and it is also the cornerstone of his theoretical spirit and internal logic,fully reflecting the people-oriented nature of Marxism.The people-oriented nature of Xi Jinping's important discourse on literary and artistic work is based on Marxist literary and artistic thought,inheriting Mao Zedong's basic views on literary and artistic work,and integrating the people-oriented thinking in excellent traditional Chinese culture.This not only promotes the new development of Marxist literary and artistic views,enriches Xi Jinping's ideological system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also points out the direction for the development of Chinese socialist literature and art in the new era,which is of great significance for realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
