摘  要:针对永磁同步电机(Permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)矢量控制系统速度外环使用分数阶比例积分(Fractional-order proportional-integral,FOPI)调节器时难以满足系统动态响应速度快、鲁棒性强等要求,提出利用海洋捕食者算法(Marine predator algorithm,MPA)优化FOPI调节器参数。通过搜索到最优适应度的捕食者所在位置来得到调节器最优组合参数,其中目标适应度函数选择常用伺服系统评价指标时间乘以误差绝对值积分。以提升MPA效率为目标,对其位置更新公式进行改进。对MPA调节FOPI、改进MPA调节FOPI的电机调速性能进行试验对比。搭建TMS320F28335为核心的PMSM伺服系统试验平台进行验证,相较于MPAFOPI调节器,改进了MPAFOPI调节器的系统显示出其转速动态响应更优、抗扰能力更强的优点,在新能源汽车等电驱动方向展现其优势。试验结果表明,采用改进MPAFOPI的调节器具有增强系统鲁棒性和减小超调量的优势。Aiming at the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)vector control system speed outer loop using fractional-order proportional-integral(FOPI)regulator is difficult to meet the requirements of the system dynamic response speed,robustness and so on,it is proposed to optimize the parameters of the FOPI regulator by using the marine predator algorithm(MPA).The optimal combination of regulator parameters is obtained by searching for the location of the predator with the optimal fitness,in which the target fitness function selection is commonly used to integrate the servo system evaluation index time multiplied by the absolute value of the error.With the goal of improving the efficiency of MPA,its position update formula is improved.Experimental comparison of the motor speed regulation performance of MPA regulation FOPI,improved MPA regulation FOPI.The PMSM servo system test platform with TMS320F28335 as the core is built for verification.Compared with the MPAFOPI regulator,the system with the improved MPAFOPI regulator shows the advantages of better dynamic response of rotational speed and better disturbance immunity,which demonstrates its advantages in the direction of electric drive such as new energy vehicles.The experimental results show that the modified MPAFOPI regulator has the advantages of enhanced system robustness and reduced overshoot.
