摘  要:有机磷神经性毒剂中的V类毒剂与G类、A类毒剂的结构存在显著差异,其关键毒效官能团二烷基胺乙硫醇及其合成前体二烷基胺乙基氯(醇)可通过一步反应衍生出系列相关物,均可作为报告化合物添加至禁止化学武器组织(OPCW)效能水平测试(PT)样品中。为高效获得系列二烷基胺乙硫醇相关物的对照样品,对其反应活性、合成路线及转化途径进行系统解析,构建了一套以市售二烷基胺为起始原料,通过与环氧乙烷、环硫乙烷进行拼接,再经氯化、氧化、酯化等系列反应即可快速获取相关物的合成策略,基本实现了对V类毒剂降解物二烷基胺乙硫醇相关物的全覆盖。基于该策略制备并鉴定了3类全新结构的衍生物,简要解析了质谱裂解规律,以期为毒剂溯源和防范提供科学依据。Among organophosphorus agents,the structures of V-series nerve agents are significantly different from that of G-series and A-series nerve agents.The key toxic functional group of V-series nerve agents,dialkylamine ethanethiol and its synthetic precursor,diethylamine ethyl chloride(alcohol),have high reactivity and can be transformed into various related compounds by one-step reaction.All of these related compounds can be added as a reported compounds spiked in the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons(OPCW)proficiency test(PT)samples.In order to efficiently obtain reference compounds of a series of diethylamine ethanethiol related substances,a systematic analysis was conducted on their reaction activity,synthesis route and conversion pathway.A set of synthetic strategies for rapidly obtaining related compounds were constructed by combining the commercially available dialkylamine as start material with ethylene oxide and cyclothioethane,and obtaining related substances rapidly through chlorination,oxidation,esterification and other reactions,which basically achieved the full coverage of V-series agents degradation of dialkylamine ethyl mercaptan related substances.Based on this strategy,three novel structures of derivatives were prepared and identified,and the fragmentation patterns of mass spectrometry were briefly analyzed to provide scientific basis for the traceability and prevention of toxic agents.
