摘 要:为了提高氯丁橡胶(CR)的阻燃及抑烟性能,以硼酸锌(ZnB)、三氧化二锑(Sb_(2)O_(3))和膨胀石墨(EG)为复合阻燃体系,制备了阻燃CR复合材料。通过极限氧指数测定仪、垂直燃烧测定仪、热失重分析、锥形量热测试仪等进行性能表征。结果表明,当引入17 phr ZnB、3 phr Sb_(2)O_(3)与7 phr EG到阻燃CR体系,CR/ZnB/Sb_(2)O_(3)-7EG氧指数可达到39.7%,并通过UL94 V0级,热释放峰值及总热释放量降低了约84.0%和44.3%,CO和CO_(2)产量也分别降低了52.0%和80.3%,明显抑制毒性气体的释放。此外,对残炭和气相产物的分析表明,该复合体系以气-固相机理为主,在CR复合材料中表现出良好的协同阻燃效应。In order to improve the flame retardancy and smoke suppression performance of chloroprene rubber(CR),flame retardant CR composite materials were prepared using zinc borate(ZnB),antimony trioxide(Sb_(2)O_(3)),and expanded graphite(EG)as flame retardant systems.The characterizations were carried out through limited oxygen index tester,vertical combustion tester,thermogravimetric tests,and cone calorimeter.The results show that when 17 phr ZnB,3 phr Sb_(2)O_(3),and 7 phr EG were introduced into the CR system,CR/ZnB/Sb_(2)O_(3)-7EG achieves the limited oxygen index of 39.7%,passes UL94 V0 level and the peak heat release and total heat release are reduced by 84.0%and 44.3%.The CO and CO_(2)production are also reduced by 52.0%and 80.3%,respectively,significantly inhibiting the release of toxic gases.In addition,the analysis of residual char and gas-phase products indicates that the composite system performs mainly with gas-condensed mechanism,and exhibits good synergistic flame retardant effect in CR composite materials.
