摘 要:以聚合物溶液为分散剂、活性粒子为填充剂配制浆料,应用涂覆法制备电容去离子电极是常用方式。聚合物和粒子等组分对涂层微观结构有不同贡献,电极可呈现强度和性能差异。讨论涂覆成型过程中组分间相互作用有助于结构机制的识别。流变学可通过宏观流动现象研究浆料内部微观相互作用。文中选用不同链长聚合物和不同粒径填充粒子制备浆料,通过流变分析讨论了剪切条件下组分性质对涂覆成型的影响。结果表明,长链聚合物分子缠结贡献了基体黏度和柔性网络,加工窗口内可容纳更多粒子;短链分子则通过桥接絮凝与粒子形成物理交联网络,相互作用力弱时结构不稳定。微米粒子对调控流变行为和成型更有利,而纳米尺度下发生类凝胶行为逾渗阈值较低,易导致脆性涂层。基于此,提出了涂层电极浆料组分和成型条件选择的流变学方法。Capacitive deionization electrode prepared by coating was commonly investigated,with polymer as dispersant and active particles as filler.The electrodes show differences in strength and performance,as polymer and particle have different contributions to the microstructure of coating.The discussion of the interaction of components facilitates the identification of structural mechanisms.Rheology can bridge the flow regimes in macroscale and interaction in microscale of multiphase system.In this study,polymers with different lengths and filled particles with different sizes were used to prepare slurry and coating.The influence of component properties under shear was investigated by rheology.The results show that the entanglement of long-chain molecules provides matrix viscosity and flexible network,allowing more active particles in processing window.For short chain molecules,physical cross-linked networks are formed by bridging flocculation,giving an unstable structure due to weak interaction.Micron particles are beneficial to controlling rheological behavior and coating process.While for nano size,the gel-like behavior exhibits at a lower percolation threshold value,giving a brittle film.And a rheological method was proposed for component selection and operation of coating.
