地屈孕酮在早期先兆流产保胎中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨地屈孕酮在早期先兆流产保胎中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年7月兴仁市妇幼保健院收治的80例早期先兆流产患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组与参照组,各40例。参照组接受常规保胎治疗,试验组采用地屈孕酮保胎治疗。对比两组性激素水平、症状持续时间、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮、雌二醇水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组人绒毛膜促性腺激素、雌二醇水平升高,试验组孕酮水平升高,参照组孕酮水平降低,试验组优于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组下腹坠痛、阴道出血、腰膝酸痛、腹胀持续时间短于参照组(P<0.001)。试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.013)。结论:地屈孕酮在早期先兆流产保胎中的应用效果显著,可改善患者性激素水平,缓解临床症状。Objective:To investigate the application effect of dydrogesterone in early preterm miscarriage for fetal preservation.Methods:Eighty cases of early preterm miscarriage patients admitted to Xingren Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group,each with forty cases.The reference group received conventional fertility preservation treatment,and the experimental group used dydrogesterone fertility preservation treatment.Sex hormone levels,duration of symptoms,and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin,progesterone and estradiol in the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and estradiol in the two groups increased,the level of progesterone in the experimental group increased,and the level of progesterone in the reference group decreased,and the experimental group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).The duration of lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,lumbar and knee pain and abdominal distension in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.013).Conclusion:The application of dydrogesterone in early preterm miscarriage for fetal preservation is effective,which can improve the patients'sex hormone level and alleviate the clinical symptoms.
