摘　　要：目的:分析芪茶灌肠方治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月南京市浦口区中医院(南京市中医院浦口分院)收治的62例溃疡性直肠炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组采用美沙拉秦栓治疗,观察组采用芪茶灌肠方保留灌肠治疗。对比两组临床疗效、肠镜疗效、中医证候积分、粪钙卫蛋白含量。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P=0.026);观察组肠镜有效率高于对照组(P=0.021);治疗后,两组中医证候积分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组粪钙卫蛋白含量降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪茶灌肠方治疗溃疡性直肠炎效果显著,可缓解症状,降低粪钙卫蛋白含量。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Qicha enema prescription on ulcerative proctitis.Methods:A total of sixty-two patients with ulcerative proctitis admitted to Nanjing Pukou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Pukou Branch of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randlmly divided into two groups,with thirty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with Meishala Qinsuppository,and the observation group was treated with Qicha enema prescription retention enema.The clinical effect,enteroscopy effect,TCM syndrome score and fecal calcarein content were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.026);the effective rate of colonoscopy in observation group was higher than that in control group(P=0.021);after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,fecal caldefenin content in both groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qicha enema prescription has remarkable clinical effect in treating ulcerative proctitis,alleviating symptoms and reducing fecal calcarein content.
