养血祛风方外洗联合氯雷他定片治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析养血祛风方外洗联合氯雷他定片治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床效果。方法:选取南通市第六人民医院2022年6月—2023年7月收治的68例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者为研究对象,随机分为参照组和试验组,各34例。参照组采用氯雷他定片治疗,试验组在参照组基础上联合养血祛风方外洗治疗。对比两组中医症状积分、瘙痒程度、生活质量。结果:干预后,两组瘙痒、皮疹、抓痕、脱屑评分降低,试验组低于参照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组瘙痒部位、瘙痒频率、严重程度、睡眠影响评分降低,试验组低于参照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组生理功能、生理活力、活力、总体健康、社会功能、情感功能、心理健康、健康变化评分升高,试验组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:养血祛风方外洗联合氯雷他定片治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒效果显著,可以改善临床症状,缓解瘙痒,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Yangxue Qufeng prescription washout combined with loratadine tablets in the treatment of uraemic skin pruritus.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with uremic pruritus treated in Nantong Sixth People's Hospital from June 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with thirty-four cases in each group.The reference group was treated with loratadine tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Yangxue Qufeng prescription on the basis of reference group.TCM symptom score,itching degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of itch,rash,scratch and desquamation were decreased in both groups,and those in experimental group were lower than those in reference group(P<0.05);after intervention,the score of pruritus site,pruritus frequency,severity and sleep impact were decreased in two groups,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of physiological function,physiological vitality,vitality,general health,social function,emotional function,mental health and health change in both groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxue Qufeng prescription washout combined with loratadine tablets has a remarkable effect on the treatment of uremic skin itch,which can improve clinical symptoms,relieve itching and improve quality of life.
