针刺及中药熏眼联合五音疗法治疗肺阴不足型干眼症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探析针刺及中药熏眼联合五音疗法治疗肺阴不足型干眼症的临床效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年7月柳州市中医医院收治的60例肺阴不足型干眼症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺及中药熏眼联合五音疗法治疗。对比两组中医证候评分、泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及治疗效果。结果:干预后,两组眼干涩、白睛红赤、视物疲劳、异物感评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组SIT升高、BUT延长,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.030)。结论:针刺及中药熏眼联合五音疗法治疗肺阴不足型干眼症的效果显著,可缓解临床症状,从而使泪膜更稳定。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and Chinese herbal fumigation combined with five-tone therapy on lung Yin deficiency type dry eye.Methods:Sixty patients with pulmonary Yin deficiency type dry eye treated in Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation combined with five-tone therapy on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,tear secretion test(SIT),tear film rupture time(BUT)and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of dry eye,red white eye,visual fatigue and foreign body sensation were decreased in two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,SIT increased BUT prolonged in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.030).Conclusion:Acupuncture and Chinese herbal fumigation combined with five-tone therapy have remarkable effects in the treatment of lung Yin deficiency type dry eye,which can alleviate clinical symptoms and make tear film more stable.
