补肾运脾渗湿汤联合非布司他治疗原发性痛风合并轻中度肾功能不全的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析补肾运脾渗湿汤联合非布司他治疗原发性痛风合并轻中度肾功能不全的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月佛山市禅城区人民医院收治的60例原发性痛风合并轻中度肾功能不全患者纳入研究,随机分为两组。对照组(n=30)采用非布司他治疗,观察组(n=30)采用非布司他联合补肾运脾渗湿汤治疗。对比两组疗效,血清肌酐、血尿酸水平,不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.016)。治疗12周后,两组血清肌酐、血尿酸水平降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。治疗12周,两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:补肾运脾渗湿汤联合非布司他治疗原发性痛风疗效显著,能有效降低血清肌酐、血尿酸水平,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of Bushen Yunpi Shenshi Decoction combined with Febuxoat on primary gout complicated with mild and moderate renal insufficiency.Methods:Sixty patients with primary gout combined with mild to moderate renal insufficiency admitted to Foshan Chancheng District People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)was treated with Febuxoat,and the observation group(n=30)was treated with Bushen Yunpi Shenshi Decoction combred with febuxoat.The therapeutic effect,serum creatinine,blood uric acid level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.016).After 12 weeks of treatment,serum creatinine and blood uric acid levels in both groups were decreased,and lower in observation group(P<0.05);after 12 weeks of treatment,no obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:Bushen Yunpi Shenshi Decoction combined with Febuxoat can effectively reduce serum creatinine and blood uric acid levels in the treatment of primary gout,and there are no obvious adverse reactions.
