摘　　要：目的:探讨火龙罐循经治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕病的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年10月广州医科大学附属第二医院收治的88例痰浊中阻型眩晕病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各44例。对照组采用针刺联合红外线治疗,试验组采用火龙罐循经治疗。对比两组眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分、中医证候积分及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组DHI评分降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.020)。结论:火龙罐循经治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕病中的应用效果显著,可改善患者眩晕症状。Objective:To investigate the application effect of Huolong pot channel in the treatment of obstructive vertigo in phlegm turbidity.Methods:A total of eighty-eight patients with vertigo due to phlegm turbidity and obstruction treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with forty-four cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with infrared ray,and the experimental group was treated with Huolong pot channel.The score of vertigo disorder scale(DHI),TCM syndrome score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,DHI scores decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P=0.020).Conclusion:The application of Huolong pot channel in the treatment of sputum turbidity-obstructed vertigo disease is remarkable and can improve the vertigo symptoms of patients.
