体温护理在手术后麻醉恢复中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析体温护理在手术后麻醉恢复中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于南京医科大学附属南京医院接受手术治疗的患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组(n=40)术后接受常规护理,研究组(n=40)予以常规护理联合体温护理。对比两组体温恢复正常时间、恢复质量、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:研究组体温恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.001);研究组恢复质量优于对照组(P<0.001);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.023);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:体温护理在手术后麻醉恢复中的应用效果显著,可加快体温恢复,改善恢复质量,降低并发症发生风险,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of body temperature nursing in postoperative anesthesia recovery.Methods:Eighty patients who underwent surgical treatment in Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group(n=40)received conventional postoperative care,and the study group(n=40)received body temperature care on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of time to normalization of body temperature,quality of recovery,complication rate and nursing satisfaction.Results:Time to normalize body temperature was shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.001);the quality of rehabilitation in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.001);the overall rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.023);and the satisfaction of nursing care in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:The application of temperature care in post-surgical anesthesia recovery is effective,which can accelerate the recovery of body temperature,improve the quality of recovery,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the satisfaction of nursing care.
