摘　　要：目的:探讨手术全期护理在四肢骨折手术中的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2022年7月—2023年7月滨州医学院附属医院收治的四肢骨折患者66例分为两组,各33例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行手术全期护理。比较两组肢体功能、生活质量、疼痛程度、日常生活能力。结果:护理后,两组上肢、下肢Fugl-Meyer评估量表评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理5、10、15 d后,两组生活质量调查简表评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理5、10、15 d后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组日常生活活动能力评价表评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术全期护理在四肢骨折手术中的临床效果理想,能够改善患者肢体功能,减轻疼痛,提高生活能力与生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of surgical full-term care in extremity fracture surgery.Methods:Sixty-six patients with extremity fracture admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups,each of which was thirty-three cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was subjected to conventional nursing care,and the observation group was subjected to the whole period of surgical nursing care.Compare the limb function,quality of life,pain level and daily life ability of the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale for upper limbs and lower limbs of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after 5,10 and 15 d of nursing,the scores of quality of life survey short form of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after 5,10 and 15 d of nursing care,the scores of visual analog scoring method of the two groups were lower than before nursing care,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing care,the scores of activity of dally living scale of the two groups were lower than before nursing care,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of full-term surgical care in extremity fracture surgery is ideal,which can improve patients'limb function,reduce pain,and improve the ability to live and quality of life.
