心理干预护理在甲状腺功能亢进症患者护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甲状腺功能亢进症患者接受心理干预护理的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月南昌市人民医院收治的甲状腺功能亢进症患者88例进行研究,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行心理干预护理。比较两组情绪状态、甲状腺激素水平、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);护理后,两组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、促甲状腺激素、游离甲状腺素、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体、抗甲状腺微粒体抗体测定水平降低,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);护理后,两组健康调查简表评分升高,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.013)。结论:甲状腺功能亢进症患者接受心理干预护理效果理想,可调节患者情绪状态,降低甲状腺激素水平,提高生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of psychological care received by patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Nanchang People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into the two groups,each with forty-four cases.The control group carried out conventional nursing,and the observation group carried out psychological intervention nursing on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of emotional state,thyroid hormone level,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the levels of free triiodothyronine,thyroid-stimulating hormone,free thyroxine,antithyroglobulin antibody,and antithyroid microsomal antibody measurement were reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing care,the scores of the short form of health survey were elevated in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.013).Conclusion:Patients with hyperthyroidism receive psychological intervention nursing care with ideal effect,which can regulate the emotional state of patients,reduce the level of thyroid hormones,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
