综合护理在肛周脓肿切开根治术后的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理在肛周脓肿切开根治术后的应用效果。方法:选择2022年4月—2023年4月于滨州医学院附属医院行肛周脓肿切开根治术的患者70例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。对比两组伤口未换药及换药时疼痛程度、并发症发生情况、心理状态、健康知识知晓度。结果:护理后,两组伤口未换药及换药时视觉模拟评分法评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.046);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组疾病知识、治疗流程、术后康复、常见并发症、饮食作息评分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在肛周脓肿切开根治术后的应用效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率,改善心理状态,提高健康知识知晓度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing care after perianal abscess incision radical surgery.Methods:Seventy patients who underwent perianal abscess incision radical surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the method of randomized numerical table,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing.Comparison of the two groups of patients'wounds without dressing change and the degree of pain during dressing change,the occurrence of complications,psychological state,and knowledge of health knowledge.Results:After nursing,the scores of visual analog scoring method were reduced in both groups when wounds were not changed and when medication was changed,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group(P=0.046);after nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of disease knowledge,treatment process,postoperative rehabilitation,common complications,diet and rest were elevated in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in the postoperative period of perianal abscess incision radical surgery is remarkable,which can reduce the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the psychological state,and improve the knowledge of health.
