摘　　要：总结1例自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者的整体护理干预过程并观察其应用效果。患者行自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗的多发性骨髓瘤,根据其临床治疗经过,制定针对性的护理方案,包括移植前护理评估、心理护理、病房环境护理以及预处理,移植过程中的针对性护理,移植后一般护理及并发症护理,延续护理。该患者成功获得造血重建,未出现严重并发症,心理状态良好,生活质量改善。在行自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗过程中,对多发性骨髓瘤患者制定有针对性的护理方案,实施专业且细致的护理干预,有助于提高移植治疗效果,改善预后。To summarize the whole nursing intervention process of 1 patient with multiple myeloma treated by autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation and observe the application effect.For patients with multiple myeloma undergoing autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation,targeted nursing plans were formulated according to their clinical treatment,including pre-transplantation nursing evaluation,psychological nursing,ward environment nursing and pre-treatment,targeted nursing during transplantation,general post-transplantation nursing and complications nursing,and extended nursing.The patient successfully achieved hematopoietic reconstruction without serious complications,and had a good mental state and improved quality of life.In the process of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation,the formulation of targeted nursing programs and the implementation of professional and meticulous nursing interventions for multiple myeloma patients are helpful to improve the transplant treatment effect and improve the prognosis.
