置管支撑装置在结直肠癌化疗患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析置管支撑装置在结直肠癌化疗患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法选取广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院胃肠外科于2022年1月—2023年10月住院并首次行PICC置管的结直肠癌化疗患者180例为研究对象,其中2022年1—12月住院的患者90例为对照组,采用自主抬高肢体配合方式进行PICC置管;2023年1—10月住院的患者90例为观察组,给予PICC置管支撑装置配合置管。比较两组患者完成置管前消毒操作所用时间、舒适度、满意度、自主感受肢体不适及需要医务人员协助发生情况。结果:观察组消毒时间短于对照组(P<0.001),观察组舒适度评分、纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表评分高于对照组(P<0.001),观察组自主感受肢体不适总发生率低于对照组(P<0.001),观察组需要医务人员协助率低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:置管支撑装置在结直肠癌化疗患者PICC置管中的应用效果显著,可缩短置管前穿刺部位消毒时间,提高患者舒适度及满意度,降低自主感受肢体不适总发生率及医务人员协助率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of catheterization support device in peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)in patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighty patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 and received PICC catheterization for the first time were selected as the study objects by convenience sampling method.Among them,ninety patients hospitalized from January to December 2022 were the control group,and PICC catheterization was performed by autonomously elevating limbs.Ninety patients hospitalized from January to October 2023 were included in the observation group and were given PICC catheterization support devices combined with catheterization.The time,comfort,satisfaction,perceived limb discomfort,and the need for medical assistance between two groups of patients during pre-catheterization disinfection procedures were compared.Results:The disinfection time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.001),and the comfort scores and Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001);the total incidence of autonomic limb discomfort in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the need for medical assistance in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of catheterization support device in PICC catheterization of patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy has significant effect,which can shorten the disinfection time of puncture site before catheterization,improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,and reduce the total incidence of autonomic limb discomfort and the assistance rate of medical staff.
