全流程信息化及集束化管理对院内感染控制质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:综合分析全流程信息化及集束化管理对院内感染控制质量的影响。方法:深圳市坪山区人民医院于2023年2—4月实施常规管理,收集高频接触物体表面荧光标记检测结果720份,医务人员手卫生具体执行结果105份,为对照组;于2023年5—10月实施全流程信息化及集束化管理,收集高频接触物体表面荧光标记检测结果1440份,医务人员手卫生具体执行结果210份,为试验组。比较两组荧光标记清除率、医务人员手卫生执行依从率及正确率。结果:试验组荧光标记清除率高于对照组(P=0.003);试验组手卫生执行依从率及正确率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在院内感染控制中实施全流程信息化及集束化管理有利于提高清洁质量,改善医务人员手卫生执行情况。Objective:To comprehensively analyze the impact of whole-process informatization and cluster management on the quality of nosocomial infection control.Methods:Shenzhen Pingshan District People's Hospital implemented routine management in February to April 2023,and collected seven hundred and twenty results of fluorescent labeling tests on surfaces of high-frequency-contact objects and one hundred and five results of specific implementation of hand hygiene by medical staff as a control group.In May to October 2023,the whole process of informationization and clustering management was implemented,and one thousand four hundred and forty fluorescent markers detection results on the surface of high-frequency contact objects and two hundred and ten results of the specific implementation of hand hygiene by medical staff were collected as the experimental group.The fluorescent marker clearance rate,compliance rate and correct rate of hand hygiene implementation by medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results:The fluorescent marker clearance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.003);the compliance rate and correct rate of hand hygiene implementation of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of whole-process informatization and clustering management in nosocomial infection control is conducive to improving the quality of cleaning and the execution of hand hygiene by medical staff.
