摘  要:本研究梳理了押汇业务的基本流程、运行环节相关要素,并对民国时期华资银行国内押汇业务情况进行了分析,最后总结了押汇业务的作用及其特点。研究表明,20世纪二三十年代,华资银行与堆栈、转运公司、铁路以及保险机构等合作,开展的押汇业务对埠际贸易间的买卖双方起到了中间的信托作用,为商品运销提供了资金融通,有效解决了埠际贸易融资问题,为商品“产”和“销”之间的“运输”环节提供了金融周转之便,可称之为一种运输金融。This study outlines the basic process and operational elements of the aduance against documentary chraft,analyzes the domestic aduance against documentary chraft practices of Chinese banks during the Republic of China period,and concludes the role and characteristics of this business.The research reveals that in the 1920s and 1930s,Chinese banks partnered with warehouses,freight companies,railways,and insurance institutions to conduct aduance against documentary chraft.This played a pivotal intermediary role for buyers and sellers in inter-port trade,facilitating financing for commodity transportation and marketing,effectively addressing the financing challenges of inter-port trade,and easing financial turnover for the"transportation"phase between commodity"production"and"sales".This can be described as a form of transportation finance.
