摘　　要：目的探讨Indigo血栓抽吸系统在急性肺动脉栓塞(APE)中的临床疗效。方法选取70例APE患者,均行经皮机械性血栓清除术(PMT)治疗,术中使用Indigo血栓抽吸系统。比较患者术后临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果患者术后治疗总有效率为94.29%(66/70),其中显效42例,有效24例,无效4例。患者术后并发症发生率为8.57%(6/70),其中出现心动过缓1例,心动过速1例,心律失常1例,出血2例,肾功能不全1例。结论Indigo血栓抽吸系统在APE中的临床疗效显著,并具有一定安全性。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Indigo thrombus aspiration system in acute pulmonary embolism(APE).Methods Seventy APE patients were selected.All patients were treated with percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy(PMT),and the Indigo thrombus aspiration system was used during surgery.The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of complications after surgery were compared in patients.Results The total therapy effective rate after surgery for patients was 94.29%(66/70),of which 42 cases were significantly effective,24 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.The occurrence rate of complications after surgery for patients was 8.57%(6/70),including bradycardia in 1 case,tachycardia in 1 case,arrhythmia in 1 case,hemorrhage in 2 cases and renal insufficiency in 1 case.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Indigo thrombus aspiration system in APE is significant and has certain safety.
