摘　　要：持续而有效开展的非物质文化遗产保护工作是对民众文化诉求的积极回应,也是强化民族文化认同的有效举措。在当下以政府主导的非物质文化遗产保护工作中,依然存在着传承人缺位、项目被属地化分割的现象。直视问题并进行积极理论探讨是非物质文化遗产保护工作的应有之义。保护工作应从民族文化传承发展的高度来强化顶层设计,要遵循文化逻辑,不受限于一地一域。The continuous and effective campaign for the preservation of intangible cultural heritage is a positive response to the cultural demands of the people and an effective measure to strengthen national cultural identity.In the current government-led protection campaign of intangible cultural heritage,issues such as the absence of inheritors and the fragmentation of projects under local jurisdiction cannot be ignored.Directly ad￣dressing these issues and actively engaging in theoretical discussions are integral components of heritage pro￣tection efforts.The protection of intangible cultural heritage should focus on the top-level design from the per￣spective of the inheritance and development of national culture,adhere to cultural logic and are not confined by regional interests.
