摘 要:在既有建筑结构改造中,采用抗震性能化设计的消能减震加固技术,能降低抗震措施要求,提高既有建筑抗震设防类别。以重庆某仓储建筑改造为医疗建筑的项目为例,采用速度型黏滞阻尼器,分析了多遇和罕遇地震减震率,并对穿层柱、楼板大开洞薄弱位置加强了构造措施。分析结果表明:基于抗震性能的消能减震加固技术,可以有效控制主体结构地震响应,达到预设抗震性能目标,主体结构抗震措施可按降低一度进行设计。通过少量加固,不仅能从整体到局部全面提升结构的安全性和适用性,还能节约工期和造价。In the reconstruction of existing buildings,energy dissipation and shock absorption reinforcement technology using the seismic performance⁃based design can reduce the requirements of seismic measures to improve seismic fortification category of existing buildings.Taking the reconstruct project of a storage building into a medical building in Chongqing as an example,the vibration reduction rates of frequent and rare earthquakes were analyzed by using viscous energy dissipation device,the structural measures were strengthened for the weak position of the through column and the large opening of the floor slab.The analysis results show that the seismic performance⁃based energy dissipation and damping technology can be effectively controlled and the preset seismic performance target can be achieved.The seismic measures can be designed according to reducing one degree.Through a small amount of reinforcement,not only enhance the safety and applicability of the structure from the whole to the local overall,but also can save time and cost.
