摘 要:层高高、跨度大、活荷载大特点的物流仓库、数据机房类建筑,采用普通刚接框架将导致梁、柱截面尺寸大,且大震下会出现梁端不屈服而柱脚屈服的现象,因此提出铰接高强钢框架⁃屈曲约束支撑结构体系,该体系主要通过梁柱铰接的高强钢框架承担竖向荷载,屈曲约束支撑及相连的刚接普通钢框架组成支撑框架主要承担结构的水平力。结合工程实例,建立有限元模型分析铰接高强钢框架⁃屈曲约束支撑结构体系的抗震性能。结果表明:在多遇地震下,地震作用由支撑框架承担;在罕遇地震下,结构刚度退化,结构内力响应下降,屈曲约束支撑产生较大的屈服变形,耗散地震能量,支撑框架中的框架梁、框架柱仍保持弹性状态,铰接高强钢框架的高强钢梁、钢柱保持弹性,结构层间位移角小于1/100;在极罕遇地震作用下,结构仍然不出现塑性铰。与普通刚接框架相比,铰接高强钢框架⁃屈曲约束支撑结构体系节省了9%的钢材用量,碳排放降低了9%;铰接高强钢框架⁃屈曲约束支撑结构体系抗震性能较好,在高烈度区的层高高、跨度大、活荷载大的建筑中使用具有良好的技术优势。The logistics warehouse and data room buildings with the characteristics of high floor height,large⁃span and large live load,the use of ordinary rigid frame will lead to large section size of beam and column,and the phenomenon of beam end not yielding and column foot yielding will occur under large earthquake.So,hinged high⁃strength steel frame⁃buckling restrained brace structure system was proposed.The system mainly bears the vertical load through the hinged high⁃strength steel frame of beam and column,and the buckling restrained brace and the connected rigid ordinary steel frame form the support frame to mainly bear the horizontal force of the structure.Combined with the engineering example,the finite element model was established to analyze the seismic performance of the hinged high⁃strength steel frame⁃buckling restrained brace structure system.The results show that under frequent earthquakes,the seismic action is borne by the support frame.Under rare earthquakes,the structural stiffness degrades,the internal force response of the structure is reduced,the buckling restrained brace produces a large yield deformation,dissipates seismic energy,and the frame beams and columns in the support frame remain elastic.The high⁃strength steel beams and columns of the hinged high⁃strength steel frame remain elastic,and the inter⁃story displacement angle of the structure is less than 1/100.Under the action of extremely rare earthquakes,the structure still does not appear plastic hinges.Compared with the ordinary rigid frame,the hinged high⁃strength steel frame⁃buckling restrained brace structure system saves 9%of the steel consumption and the carbon emission is reduced by 9%.The hinged high⁃strength steel frame⁃buckling restrained brace structural system has good seismic performance,and has good technical advantages in the use of buildings with high storey height,large⁃span and large live load in high intensity areas.
