摘　　要：重特大事件档案资源建设对推动档案事业高质量发展、赋能国家治理能力现代化具有重要意义。分析影响档案资源建设或受其影响的相关利益主体及其相互关系和现存问题,并从国家长远利益的高度提出多元利益主体协同联动策略,可有效促进重特大事件档案资源建设提质增效。The construction of archival resources for major emergency events is of great significance in promoting the high-quality development of archival undertakings and empowering the modernization of national governance capabilities.This paper attempts to improve the quality and efficiency of archival resource construction for major emergency events by analyzing the stakeholders that affect or are affected by the construction of archival resources and their mutual interest and existing problems,and proposing a multi-stakeholder collaborative linkage strategy from the perspective of long-term national interests.
