摘　　要：居民对住宅工程质量的满意度是衡量住宅品质的主要因素,对“四好”建设具有重要的指导意义。本文构建了涵盖住宅实体质量、机电安装质量、居住质量、周边环境质量、交付质量五大维度的住宅工程质量控制指标体系。在此指标体系基础上开展了住宅工程质量的居民满意度调研。调研结果对高品质住宅设计和建设提供一定参考。The residents’satisfaction to the quality of housing project is the main factor to measure the housing quality,which has important guiding significance for the construction of“Four Good”.This paper constructs a housing project quality control index system covering five dimensions of housing physical quality,mechanical and electrical installation quality,living quality,surrounding environment quality and delivery quality.Based on this index system,a survey on residents’satisfaction with housing project quality is carried out,which could provide some reference for the design and construction of high-quality housing.
