摘　　要：以人为本的住宅设计是一种关注人的需求、习惯、心理以及生理特征的设计理念。通过合理的设计,我们可以创造出舒适、安全、便利、健康的住宅环境,让人们在其中感受到家的温馨和幸福。本文介绍了北京丰台区长辛店镇辛庄村I区棚户区改造土地开发项目,基于《健康住宅评价标准》的理论与实践,从空间、空气、环境、光照、规划等角度切入,探讨了项目在实践过程中以人为本的健康要素。Human-oriented residential design is a design concept that pays attention to people's needs,habits,psychological and physiological characteristics.Through reasonable design,we can create a comfortable,safe,convenient and healthy residential environment,so that people can feel the warmth and happiness of home.This article introduces the land development project for the renovation of shantytowns in Xinzhuang Village,Changxindian Town,Fengtai District.Based on the theory and practice of the“Health Housing Evaluation Standards,”this project explores the people-oriented health elements in the practical process from the perspectives of space,air,environment,lighting,and planning.
