摘　　要：在新时代背景下,在全面建成小康社会基础上满足人民对美好生活的需要。本文以华南地区某住宅小区项目的建筑设计为例,通过融入绿色生态、智能化、人文关怀等多元化设计理念,阐述新时代住宅建筑设计理念和趋势。In the context of the new era,China strives to comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society and fulfill people’s aspirations for a better life.This paper takes the architectural design of a residential community project in South China as an example.By integrating diverse design concepts such as green ecology,intelligence,and humanistic care,the paper elaborates on the design concepts and trends of residential building in the new era.
