生态基础设施视角下的丘陵城市水系规划实践——以川渝高竹新区为例

摘  要:当前,我国对蓝绿空间建设的重视程度不断提高,如何科学谋划城市生态基础设施已逐渐成为行业焦点。本文以丘陵城市水系规划为基础,讨论了新区规划背景下,将生态基础设施空间布局与城市开发建设有机融合的规划实践。从预控水系空间、发挥湿地功能、重构城水关系等方面提出规划方案,以充分实现生态基础设施的水源涵养、水质净化、雨洪调蓄等生态系统服务功能,促进城市高质量绿色发展,为类似山地丘陵城市提供借鉴和参考。Currently,China constantly emphasizes on the blue-green space construction,and how to scientifically plan urban ecological infrastructure has gradually become a focus of the industry.Based on the water system planning of hilly cities,this paper discusses the planning practice of organically integrating the spatial layout of ecological infrastructure with urban development and construction in the context of new area planning.Planning schemes are proposed from the aspects of pre-controlling water system space,leveraging wetland functions,and reconstructing urban water relations,in order to fully realize the ecosystem services of ecological infrastructure such as water source conservation,water quality purification,as well as rainwater and flood regulation,promote high-quality green development of cities,and provide reference and guidance for similar mountainous and hilly cities.
