城市更新下大型展览建筑外立面改造——以杨凌农高会B馆外立面整体提升工程项目为例

摘　　要：许多大型展览建筑因建造时间较久,都出现了外立面剥落、性能下滑等问题,在城市更新的要求下,其也开始实施改造,对于展览建筑来说,外立面也会集中展现其形象,无论是文化元素还是风格元素都会在外立面中呈现出来,故而改造时需采用适当的设计手段。本文通过分析城市更新视域的内涵,进一步探究了城市更新下大型展览建筑外立面改造设计的有效做法。Many large exhibition buildings have experienced problems such as peeling off of facades and declining performance due to their long construction time.Under the requirements of urban renewal,exhibition buildings have also begun to implement renovations.The facades of exhibition buildings showcase their image,presenting by either cultural elements or stylistic elements.Therefore,appropriate design methods need to be adopted during facade renovation.This article further explores effective practices for facade renovation design of large exhibition buildings under urban renewal by analyzing the connotation from the perspective of urban renewal.
